We are so excited about our new LiftMaster openers! We had a power surge that wiped out 2 of our 3 ancient openers and I have to say, of all the items we had to replace, these were the most painless. We went from creaky, clunkers (you didn’t have to announce your arrival at home when these things activated) to barely audible, smooth openers. Jay was very thorough and explained everything throughout the process. My husband even commented, “He seems to genuinely enjoy his job.” A blessing these days! My MIL used Precision last month for a big repair and I’m so glad we decided to go with her referral. A+++

We could not be happier! I called them one day, the next day they were here! Once we ordered what we wanted, they ordered it. They called this morning 8-12 2020 and they had it installed and left around 10:30. Looks great, very quite and very happy with the way everything fell right in place! Greg came on time, saw the broken door and explained what was wrong. Went over the repair items that would activate the 7-year warranty, we agreed on what should be done and he went to work. After three hours all was done and when Greg said good bye and he left a happy customer behind.

Chose Precision Doors because they are local and there customer service spectacular. I have had a couple issue with the door and they came out within 24 hours to fix it even on Sunday. Like the Jack shaft door opener.

Precision Overhead Door Service is an excellent choice for your garage door needs. Greg my technician was outstanding. He installed a new Liftmaster Smart WIFI unit adjusted the door, lubricated it and now it is perfect. It works great and sooo silent. I am very pleased. Very happy I called them.
