Woke up to a broken garage door spring on a lazy Sunday morning. Paul was there is less than an hour and had it fixed, with a smile, in about an hour. Paul was extremely courteous and explained everything fully! We are seriously impressed!

The technician took seconds to look at the garage door and made an immediate assessment that it could not be repaired but needed to be totally replaced. He also implied that the door should not be opened as it was totally unsafe, which pressured us to feel we needed to replace the door. However, we contacted a second company whose technician inspected the door for 15 minutes then gave us a complete breakdown of the problems and gave us an estimate for the repairs. He repaired the door in 70 minutes and the cost was 1/3 of what you quoted for replacement. We felt as though he was honored to serve us and did so professionally and financially. First appearances are very important. Thank you!

Everything about the service call experience was great. Jon arrived on time, was really friendly and helped me find the information that my garage door opener replacement was covered by a lifetime warranty from 10 years ago. He worked fast & left no trace, all components were replaced and he showed me how to use everything: keypad & button openers, remotes and even walked me through installing and configuring the MyQ phone app. I was assured that if anything goes wrong in the near term, I can call them and they will be right out to address. Precision really is the greatest, I called early morning and the Richard, our technician was here within the hour. He was a pleasure to work for, he did an amazing job at explaining the damage done to my garage door due to a lightning strike. Justin was great! Called ahead of time to let me know he was coming. Walked me through everything I needed to know about the door and fixed the issues we were having. Ended up getting new springs and rollers and maintenance on the door and now it’s as good as new! Much quieter and safer! 10 out of 10 would recommend Precision, especially Justin!
