We called Precision late in afternoon, when we could not open garage door. Technician, Richard, arrived by 6pm, quickly diagnosed problem, checked rest of garage door mechanics, and fixed the problem. Greg did a great job doing an emergency fix on my garage door later in the evening. The door was VERY broken (much of it made worse by me trying to fix it myself) and I have no idea how he got it working again. He was also very friendly and easy to work with.
