From our first meeting with John, Sales Consultant, we immediately felt valued as a customer. John listened to our needs/wants, explained the multitude of available options and seemed genuinely determined to sell us the perfect product without any pressure or "upsell" tactics. He was also extremely helpful in providing us with the information required by our HOA and, he followed up after the install to make sure we were completely satisfied...a rarity these days! During the process from quote to order to installation, the company consistently kept us informed of the progress, communicating when to expect delivery and installation AND, they were always on time! Last but not least, we LOVE our new garage door! As it is beautiful in appearance and is a large part of the front of the house, there's no question that it has added value to our home. Also...When you open and/or close the new door, unlike the previous one which was obnoxiously loud, this one is so quiet that it hardly makes any sound! We have enjoyed working with Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them!

We hit the garage door and I looked them up online and called right away. Someone answered when I called (even on Sunday morning) and I had an appointment for Monday morning scheduled inside of 5 minutes. They arrived on time and gave me quotes for three options before they left. I opted for a complete three door replacement (time to upgrade). During installation our installer, Unique, was very friendly and professional. He pointed out that one of the new panels was damaged, installed it anyway so we had a functioning door, and ordered a replacement without delay or having to “check and get back to me” or waiting for my approval, just did what was best for the customer. I am waiting on the new panel to come in, but I have no doubt they will be equally timely and professional when they perform that replacement.

We recently had Precision Garage Door Service perform maintenance on our 26 year old home’s two garage doors. They adjusted and lubricated the door’s springs, checked our openers and we had them install new quieter “wheels” on the garage door. The original wheels were beginning to wear out and had become very loud. The difference is wonderful. Precision Garage Service responded quickly. They let us know who and when their service engineer was arriving. They were on time and were done within just a few hours. We feel that our garage doors will now last for a long time. We also discussed upgrading our current garage door to a HiLift system to help make our garage more spacious and functional, something we’ve been considering, using our existing doors but having them travel closer to our very high garage ceilings. We highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. Their service engineer, Richard McCann, was very professional.

Thank you; Precision was open for business on a Saturday fternoon when our garage door wouldn't open. Upon speaking with representative, they would send out service Sunday between 8-10 a.m.! Received text that Aaron would be arriving shortly, and did receive confirmation by phone from Aaron. He arrived by 8 a.m., and our garage door was repaired within 1 hour time! Thank you!
