Second time we have used Precision. First time the spring broke on our two car garage. This time the door was struggling and looked like it was getting stuck when it first started opening. Tim arrived at the earliest part of the window, on a Saturday, which as someone who works Monday through Friday having the availability of weekends is amazing. He explained what he was seeing and offered resolutions ranging from just a tune up to multiple levels of replacements. Tim was polite, friendly, professional and very efficient as he said the replacement will take about 1.5-2 hours and he was right on time. He assisted in programming our vehicles as well as the remotes you clip on your visor. Over all great experience. Very pleased with Precision from start to finish.

After calling the install vendor and another company that was also listed on the garage door I was unable to get a service person until Monday or Tuesday. I finally called a friend about 3:50 and they recommended Precision and their service is spectacular! I went to the website and actually used the “chat” feature and understandably the first available appointment was not until Monday morning. I explained the situation of how my husband was headed out for an appointment, pushed the garage door button and the spring broke and the garage door is so heavy we couldn’t get the cars out and our garage door is one of those doors that weighs so much you really can’t use a release button and just push it up. The “chat” then told me about the emergency option and fee and how they could have someone out between 6-10 pm. Evan from Prevision called me about 5:15 said he would be at the house in 25 minutes and he arrived before 6! He was compassionate, asked questions, and was so good at informing me of my options in getting the door repaired. Evan said the repair time would be about an hour. Evan finished within the hour, explained my warranty, shared my statement, I paid and he shared his business card, a sticker for Prevision (of course we put it on the garage door and removed the other stickers)and headed out! Thank you Evan! You made a not so happy experience much easier to handle with your excellent service skills. ~Jackie
