Extremly pleased with Precision Garage Door. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. From our initial call to set an appointment for a sales representative to look at our doors, to internal customer service and communications of process, timeline, scheduling and install; everything they said about timeline and expectations was spot on! Our doors were 27 years old and had both doors, railing, coils relaced along with installing new motors. Andrew was our installer. He did a wonderful job installing the doors as well as explaining about the new insulation, care for the coils and railing and abour our new motors. Again, Precision Garage Doors says it in their name and well deserved ????????????

We discovered our old door opener wasn't working in the morning and Brandon came right out to take a look. He quickly figured out the problems and gave us a list of recommended repairs. He also took a look at our other door while he was here and realized it needed similar maintenance. He worked quickly and ended up installing a new opener for us that is MUCH quieter than our old one. Before leaving he made sure all our remotes, keypads, and car buttons were programmed and functioning well. He was very knowledgeable and friendly throughout the whole visit. I will absolutely call Precision again if we ever have garage door issues again!
