Our garage spring broke on Friday late afternoon with our car in the garage. I called Precision to explain the situation and they sent out a technician the next morning to fix it. Scotty J was extremely helpful explaining things as he showed me the problems. The house is 15 years old and the garage door need some repairs in addition to replacing the springs. Because all the use our garage door gets with 2 cars, it made sense to me to install better mechanical parts so it works better and longer! 2 hours later everything was fixed and working again — much quieter! I also had him replace the switch with a newer style because the original one was making a good connection anymore. I was vey happy with Scotty! He did amazing work in a short amount of time and was very professional and courteous. Thank you Scotty!!!

Woke up to a broken garage door spring on a lazy Sunday morning. Paul was there is less than an hour and had it fixed, with a smile, in about an hour. Paul was extremely courteous and explained everything fully! We are seriously impressed!

Sunday afternoon one of our garage door springs broke, making this rather heavy door inoperable. Called Precision around 5pm (on a Sunday) had a technician on site in a little over an hour. Richard McCann handled our problem quickly. His vast knowledge and eye for detail is a great asset to Precision.
