First, I learned about Precision through through their ad in "Valpak" that arrived in my mailbox. Second, I had noticed that one of the two major springs was broken and knew that I would eventually have trouble with the door's balance. So, I checked on their website and saw a very favorable review from someone that I knew. Also, though it was Sunday morning, I could make an appointment on-line for the next morning - exactly when I could accommodate a service call. The next morning I received a call from Scotty, the technician (a half hour before the scheduled arrival) and he told me when he would arrive. He also texted me with his picture so that I knew exactly whom to expect. Scotty offered two service packages and I got a bit of a discount through the Valupak ad. The appointment took about an hour, included springs and hardware replacement, lubrication, and instruction. Everything was explained, and there was no attempt to "upsell." It was one of the best service engagements I have ever had. Plus, the howling cat noise (which probably irritated the neighbors) was gone!

Very courteous and respectful technicians. They sent texts with their pictures and also called before coming. The office mistakenly told me the door spring was still under warranty when it was actually not; however, Precision door honored my expectation of free springs and even gave us an upgrade. I was very pleased!

I called Precision to schedule an appointment to replace our garage door opener and was informed that a service tech could be available later that afternoon! TJ arrived, discussed the situation, made a recommedation and before 5 PM that same afternoon our new operner was installed and operating as expected!!! We love the motion light switch on the wall mount opener as well as the light in the opener. TJ did a great job....took all the old parts and packing materials with him when he left....there was nothing to clean up.

I made an appointment for service and was given a 4 hour window I think it was. Evan Kopel was actually 15 min early. How great is that! Evan was very polite and explained all of my options to remedy my problem. I chose a new door opener. He was very professional, and did a great job. My door opener was first installed in 1994. I am amazed ah how quiet the new opener is. This is the second time I used Precision Garage Door Service on one of my garage doors. Both doors are working well now. I will continue to use them in the future.
