I called Precision and had an appointment for the next morning. My tech Ricky showed up on time and did a complete overview of my garage and the issue and showed me pricing and quickly fixed the problem. He was thorough and professional. Old opener motor was worn out. Sprocket was loose, causing chain to pop off. Jonathan Comstock replaced it with a new LiftMaster head with current technical features. Jonathan was very efficient, helpful and professional. Very happy with the result.

Ricky Sanchez was great! Called to see if I wanted him to stop by earlier, but I was out and about. Showed up on time, explained the fix, and presented options. Took maybe an hour and walked me through what he did and instructions on maintaining everything in good working order. Definitely recommend!

John Patton listened carefully to my observations of the remote controls losing their ability to communicate with the motor mechanism. He gave me reasonable options that were readily evaluable. I chose the option that I felt would work best for me at this time. He gave me a document that assists me in the future as to the current state of my 15 year old system. The new system works great. In addition, I have a very small dog that loves to meet new people and make a new friend. He was very kind to her and I appreciated that he absolutely made her day.

The service was outstanding. Andy the lead technician was great to work with. He did a thorough examination of the door and tested resting weight of the door which was high. He recommended replacement springs due to the age of the same. He had custom springs ordered and brought back for installation the same day. I wish I had this service experience with the other contractors that I have worked with in the past!

I selected Precision Garage Door because they have a local office and responded quickly to my call. I contacted them about a year ago to diagnose my two garage doors and perform some maintenance. Today I wanted to get a quote for replacing my two aging garage door lifter motors (probably original with the house). The friendly service technician, Ricky Sanchez, arrived and explained the various options including pricing. I chose one of the options and he said that he had the new components in his truck and could install everything immediately. I said “great” and he began working on it. In about two hours, he installed the new door lifters, sensors, etc. The new door openers are quieter than the old ones, have motion sensor LEDs to light up the garage, and each one has an internal battery backup that can open or close the doors in the event of a power failure. Ricky answered all my questions and explained how to get the app to control the door openers from my phone. I was originally expecting to have to schedule a separate time for the installation. I am very pleased with the new door openers and the fact that they were installed on the same day!

Precision has an excellent business model. I called them late Saturday afternoon. An extremely helpful customer serv. rep. scheduled a tech the next day (a Sunday!). Luke (very professional) arrived at the time promised and quickly diagnosed the issue as well as other items needing attention. He provided 4-options ranked by urgency.... no pressure up-sell tactics! The high quality repairs took about an hour. Great company with great employees!
