Spring broke Sunday morning called after church got an appointment for Sunday evening. I asked Chris to come Monday instead. Right on time and fixed the garage and reprogram a garage door.

Richard came out to take care or a noise issue and do general maintenance. He replaced the the rollers, lubricated the tracks and calibrated the opener. The door is almost silent now. He also referred me to an online coupon that gave me a substantial discount. Really great technician!

We just purchased a new home, and the garage door was making really loud noises and worst of all would not stop if there was something in the way, God forbid a child Our technician was John, and he was wonderful. He was very easy To communicate with, understood our concerns and also our budget. He laid out three different options for us. and the rest is history. He replaced our motor springs and cables, and most importantly the sensors. Now when the grandchildren come over We won’t have to worry about anything! We use them at our old house and immediately contacted them for the work at our new house. Can’t recommend enough!

Chris was great! Gave us a few options which we appreciated. Service was fast but also good quality. Garage doors sound much better and he found a critical repair that needed attention asap (wire on one side of the garage was very tight while the opposite side it was loose so he replaced both wires/cables).

The spring for the garage door finally broke after 22.5 years, and Precision sent a technician out same day I called (called on a Monday, the break happened on the previous Friday night). The technician, John, showed up for the repair. Knew exactly what was needed, and presented me with the options. The rails and door are still in great shape, it was the cables, bearings and other parts showing wear. Basically he replaced all of the hardware for the door, explained the springs to me and made sure the door worked. The door is quieter now. I would recommend them to anyone.

What an awesome experience! From the consultation all the way through the installation this was error free and very customer friendly. My installer Cameron was fantastic. He explained everything and installed an entire new system from scratch. He was much better than the original install. Looked way for clean and precise!
