Scotty Johnson was outstanding. He called prior to showing up at the agreed time and spent time understanding the issues with my garage door. He explained why an opener belt broke and the reason for the noise on opening. He gave a number of corrective actions from which to choose and provided positives and negatives for each option with differential pricing. When working he would repair items such as wiring that were needed and it did not affect the agreed pricing. I highly recommend Scotty for any garage door issues.

A torsion spring on my overhead garage door broke and I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8 AM on a Tuesday. I selected them based on a large number of favorable reviews and the information on their web site. Their technician, Aaron Bean, arrived at Noon the same day and had the door fixed just after 2 PM. He was competent, professional and courteous. He clearly explained the several repair options and their costs. He respected my home and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this company.

Precision was great to work with. Easy to get a repair within 24 hours and on a holiday no less. My technician, John P was great. He was very polite, explained everything, and had the door repaired in no time. I would definitely recommend him.

Garage door motor burned out. Called Precision and a tech was immediately dispatched ( early in the 4 hour window ) Replaced the motor and gave technical instructions Great service.

The tech did a fine job for our door, the only thing out of line is the price of the springs. Over $400 for two springs is over priced compared to the market on line or from the box stores. The only problem I have is there is a sharp squeal when raising or lowering the door which I would like fixed. Other wise, no complaints. Great fast service in basically an emergency situation. Thank Garrett for me, He's a keeper.

I called Precision because I had insulated my garage doors and due to the weight of added insulation the doors were operating slowly. John Patton, the technician, did an excellent job of evaluating my doors and recommending solutions and options. John performed the work in a prompt and professional manner. I would highly recommend Precision and specifically John Patton if you need any work done on your garage doors.

I’m very pleased with the service on my garage door! The online appointment process is convenient in choosing a time that meets your individual schedule. Richard McCann was very knowledgeable and diagnosed an issue with my door as well as reprogrammed the key pad and a new door opener. Richard was able to make the repair to my door in an hour.
