I called Precision Garage Door Service at 10:00pm to repair broken garage door that had come off track and would not close. The attendant scheduled an early morning appointment for the next day. I loved that company's confirmation email included the name and picture of the service tech who was assigned to my case. Mr. Scotty Johnson arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment time, diagnosed the problem, and quoted me the cost of the repair. After agreeing to the price quoted, Mr. Johnson started and completed the repair within 30 minutes. My garage door is operating efficiently again. If you are in need of service to your garage door, do not hesitate to contact Precision and ask for Scotty Johnson.

Garage door failed to open due to broken spring. Evan KOPEL showed up early, diagnosed the problem, made several recommendations and suggestions. After approval, all repair finished in less than one hour. Outstanding service and results! Definitely the “go to” firm for overhead doors. You made read reviews that Precision Garage Door is “pricey.” In my experience, the cheap stuff isn’t good and the good stuff isn’t cheap. First rate company to service your garage doors.

Technician Tim McRae informed us that the motor needed to be replaced. He explained the cost and informed us of our options. We will decide in the coming days what we want to do. Otherwise, he was very polite and professional, and we would be happy to work with him in the future should we decide to replace the motor. He explained that the charge for today's service call would be applied against the cost of replacing the motor if we do it within 30 days.

Chris explained the proposed work clearly which enabled me to make the best decision for my needs. Initially my intent was to have the garage door opener replaced with one that has a camera. Chris explained the type available, which was a rechargable and would require my interaction to recharge. I opted to not have the opener changed and remained with the opener that was installed last year when we had a new LiftMaster installed. Today I did opt to have the tuning service for both doors. Chris was very professional and friendly.
