I was very satisfied with the service technician Richard M. He was dealing with a truck breakdown and called us to inform that he would be delayed in coming. Within 2 minutes he resolved the keypad issue by showing me how to replace the battery. Our existing remotes were very old and one of them did not work. He then provided us two new remotes and programmed them. He only charged us for the service call and not the new remotes.

I contacted Precision Door when my garage door spring broke. After trying to DIY fix it, I called for quote to fix/replace. The phone was answered by a person and an appointment was made for the next day. Representative (John) showed up as promised, explained the failures related to the door and assembly (30 years old mind you), and all aspects of the estimate to replace the door and opener, and verified that the selected door was in stock. Door will be replaced within 2 days of quote. I called Precision as they have a good reputation, are responsive and insured.

Alex helped me out with an issue with my garage door. He was super professional and very helpful! While he was at my house he suggested doing maintenance on the door, which I do every year, so he took care of that as well. I have been using Precision Door for years and quite frankly this is the only company I use. I highly recommend Precision Door as every experience I've had with them has always been great! Alex also suggested a surge protector for the garage door which I did purchase. Great suggestion and I really appreciated his expertise.
