The scheduling process was smooth, and I appreciated receiving a text message with my technician’s name and photo—this made me feel confident and prepared for the visit. Greg, my technician, arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He took the time to explain why the damage had occurred and walked me through the necessary repairs. He also pointed out a few other components that weren’t functioning optimally and gave me the option to replace them. I was impressed that he was able to complete all the agreed-upon repairs on the spot—thanks to Precision’s well-stocked service trucks. Overall, the experience was seamless and reassuring. I have used Precision several times before and have always been satisfied. I called Sunday to set up a time for someone to come out. I was told Monday between 10-2. I called back Monday at 2:10 and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I think the girl working Sunday forgot to put it in the schedule, she repeated address, phone number , email and time. I waited all that time when I had other things I could have done. Aaron was fantastic and very polite. If needed I will use Precision again.

We were very impressed with the customer service. Evan Kopel arrived the day after our call. He is very impressive, personable & knowledgeable. We had expected we would need a new garage door since the door was installed when the house was built in 2000. Evan inspected the door/mechanism and offered us 3 choices to repair the door. He did the work we approved, quickly & efficiently. The door now operates like a new door, no more clunking! Thanks to Evan and the folks at Precision for their prompt and efficient service. It was a pleasure having Ricky Sanchez come to our house and work on our garage door which needed new springs. He didn't pressure us into purchasing other items. We discussed that we've been in the house for 9 years and decided to have a tune up and lubricate the door. He explained what he was doing and why. Called for service in the afternoon and they were here promptly the next morning. Service Tech Tim Mcrae was awesome. Very professional, did a great and thorough job. Explained everything he was doing and took the time to show me the parts that were bad and why they were bad. I am a do it yourselfer and didn't want to mess with door springs. Tim took some extra time and gave me a lot of tips on garage door maintenance and things to look for. Excellent experience.

When my garage door wouldn't close all the way, and I tried but couldn't fix it, I googled garage repair in Raleigh and chose Precision from the website. Called and explained the problem, and was scheduled for a technician to come out later that day, which was a pleasant surprise. The technician, John Patton, called shortly after and was nearby some came over sooner than I could have hoped. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly - roller was coming off the tracks. Before leaving he provided an estimate to replace the garage door. The charge for repair was very fair. It was great meeting John, and I would recommend your company highly.

This company's representative, Richard, evaluated the noisy garage door situation that my tenant was complaining to me about and was able to fix it as good as new by changing out the springs and various other long overdue maintenance. This is a high end very expensive garage door that we did not want to replace and he was able to save it so we had an excellent service experience that was well explained along the way and it was done in a timely and efficient manner would use them again 100%

Hi, I appreciate your expediated service when my garage door had urgent problems. The service man was knowledgeable. He had the right tools needed to fix the door. He was courteous. He was timely in getting the problem resolved. He showed me what wrong and what he needed to do to repair it. I have used Precision before in South Carolina that is why I called you here. I wanted to get the same quality service and a trustworthy service man(Tim). It was an expensive but necessary repair.

Great experience from start to finish! The rep/technician, Chris, came the same day that I called. He assessed the situation and discussed options with me. I chose to have both openers replaced, so we scheduled a date for the service. I think he would have done the service that initial visit day, but I decided to do both doors instead of just one, which took more time. He arrived right on schedule the day of the installation and finished in the time frame promised. I'm enjoying my quieter doors that no longer jerk when opening--I couldn't be more pleased!

Our technician Ricky was great! We needed a couple small things done + a tune up. It was not a big job, but Ricky treated us like it was. The scheduler was very attentive. The tech was very knowledgeable/professional and took time to explained the issue. He found a warranty issue and we will explore this prior to replacing the motor, per recommendation. Thank you for a timely and informative service call.

The entire process from booking the appointment to completion of the work could not have been easier. Using the web based app, I was able to make the appointment at my convenience without issue. From there, I was kept informed and reminded of my upcoming service call. The technician Chris, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. He performed his diagnostic check and prepared options for my review. He explained his recommendations and I never felt any pressure to choose one option vs. another.
