I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Service. I called them early in the morning after discovering my garage door spring had broken right as I was heading out for work—definitely not ideal timing. After seeing their strong reviews, I decided to give them a call, and I’m glad I did. They arrived promptly, within about an hour and a half, which was impressive given the urgency of the situation. The technician was polite, professional, and very informative. He took the time to clearly explain what was wrong and walked me through the repair process in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, which can sometimes be a concern with unexpected repairs. Overall, the service was fast, honest, and high-quality. I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone dealing with garage door issues.

Precision Garage Door was professional, efficient, and courteous in all aspects, from scheduling to service. The garage door technician, Aaron, did a masterful job, replacing the damaged spring, brackets, and rollers of my worn out garage door. From inspection, to quote, to finished product, it took less than two hours. Best of all, I no longer have to worry about a garage door not opening and closing; now it works like a charm.

I returned from a trip and when I opened my garage door it came off several of the rollers. At approximately 2:00 PM, I googled garage door repair and found your web site which included your many 5-star reviews. Richard McCann showed up at my house at 6:00 PM. He was phenomenal. He not only made the necessary repairs but explained what needed to be done and how he would accomplish it throughout the process. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Precision service man arrived in the first 1/2 hour of the scheduled 4 hour window -- a real surprise & blessing. The service man, Andy Maynard, was friendly, professional, clearly knew his business, worked quickly, and was completed with the required work in 75 minutes. He replaced the 40 year old springs, cables and rollers -- ALL very satisfactory!! Great job Andy!! Thank You Precision!!

Called out on Easter Sunday to repair main garage door which stopped working. Technician (Ricky) clearly explained the issues and offered suggestions for correcting the issues. Wound up replacing the springs and head unit on the main door. Cleaned everthing up and provided assistance in reprogramming the outside pad and and in car links.

The service call today was to perform routine maintenance and to make a minor adjustment to the closing position. I called to schedule an appointment and was told that a technician was available today! The technician sent a text message that he was enroute. I had requested the tuneup service that included replacing the door rollers but upon examination of the door and rollers the technician advised there was no need to replace the existing, high quality, rollers. The technician completed lubricating, an inspection, and adjusting the closing position. The service call was completed in less than an hour. All contacts with Precision personnel were pleasant and responsive.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with the pair of new overhead doors that you supplied and installed last year. Nothing but praise do we have. We called you to come out and help us with an annoying issue that had just showed up about 2 weeks ago. Your service tech, Mr. John Patton, out here today. He was right on time. He was very well trained and extremely polite. He quickly determined our issue and showed me how we had disturbed direction of the laser on each side of one door. He spent a total of 20 minutes redirecting the beam and doing a thorough system check out. Great service. Mr. Patton is a real asset for Precision Garage Door Service.

My house was built in 2013 -- garage door itself is like new and not the problem but the hardware associated with it over time failed (normal wear and tear usage). Spring broke late evening and I called (Holly) at Precision she was excellent, listened to my problem and scheduled me for the next day. Chris arrived in a timely manner after calling me per my request 30 minutes prior to arrival at my home for the repair. He not only identified the obvious broken spring but visually showed me other areas that needed immediate attention (very in depth visual inspection and eye opening to myself). Replaced everything recommended by this very knowledgeable Technician and Very Satisfied with the out come. Chris not only made my door operate smoothly and quietly that day but gave me a (FREE) eyes on inspection 1 year from the date of repair to insure all repairs were holding to their value. Being retired military (cross the T's dot the I's) and working currently at a major car dealership (Facility Manager position) -- I was impressed at the training and knowledge of every department I delt with at Precision -- High recommendation of this company to anyone that needs any garage door service, repair or replacement. THE PRICE WAS JUSTIFIED TO THE AMOUNT OF REPAIR -- Thank You Presision
