My name is Gregory Gray but everyone calls me Greg. I have been with Precision for almost 3 years. It is the best job I have ever had. They always put the customer first and allow me to take my time and repair your door the right way the first time. I have 7 awesome kids 4 of which are adults and live out of the state. I have been married 15 years to my wonderful wife Shante. We have been blessed with 3 awesome children, Saibra, Saige and our "Chosen One" adopted daughter, Heaven. I am a Baptized Jehovah's Witness. I love Precision because they are an honest company which allows me to not compromise my beliefs.

Great service! The technician came out same day we called and didn’t force us to buy anything. Fixed what was needed and informed us of things to keep an eye on as our garage door ages. Probably not the cheapest service but fantastic customer service - worth the price for the convenience!
